Site Wide Quality Score Ranking Individual Pages in Google Search Results?

We know that some algos seem to look more at an overall site while some are definitely page specific.  But a question came up asking if all sites have an overall sitewide “quality score” that would directly impact rankings for the individual pages.

The question:

Is the overall sitewide quality score computed from individual pages? Google is ranking specific pages so sitewide score must be based on this am I right?

John Mueller from Google said it isn’t exactly the case where there is a site wide number, but does confirm that some signals are site wide while others are page level.

I think there is probably a misunderstanding that there’s this one site wide number that Google keeps for all websites and that’s not the case.  We look at lots of different factors and there’s not just this one site wide quality score that we look at.

So we try to look at a variety of different signals that come together, some of them are per page, some of them are more per site, but it’s not the case where there’s one number and it comes from these five pages on your website.

Now will come the inevitable questions about which signals are individual page level and which are site wide, but I am sure some people can make some educated guesses of at least some of them.
