Workaround for Search Queries Report in Google Search Console

For those who prefer the old Search Queries report in Google Search Console will be in for some disappointment – it appears Google is removing access to the old search queries report in favor of the new Search Analytics which launched earlier this year.

Fortunately, for those who love the old search queries report and haven’t quite fallen in love with the newer Search Analytics, there is still a way to access the report via direct URL.

SERoundtable published a temporary workaround, where users can access the search queries report by visiting this link after logging into Google Search Console: https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/top-search-queries

But as this is just a workaround, it isn’t known just how much longer it will be available for.

The writing has been on the wall that Google would be removing access to the old search queries report at some point after they launched the new Search Analytics, so this isn’t a surprise.
