Google Analytics Asking for User Feedback

Google Analytics seems to be the latest Google product to ask for feedback from its users.

When I logged into Google Analytics this morning, I got this pop-up layover on the bottom right of the Analytics screen, this led to a series of questions about the product, satisfaction level, and how they could improve upon Analytics.

The first question I got was on a Behavior page, and Google Analytics was looking for feedback about what I was looking for.

On another page view, GA asked how satisfied I was with it, with options ranging from very satisfied to very dissatisfied:

Once answering this, you see a third one, which asks:

And my answer (although Adam Singer did say at Mozcon that the Analytics team is working on a referrer spam solution that will be changed on a universal level).

This survey is a bit different from the feedback most Google products do – generally they are a single question, rather than multiple ones like this Google Analytics one.

It is great when Google asks its users for feedback, especially when they ask for user’s pain points so they can (hopefully) be fixed.  And hoping that the spam referral problem will be solved sooner rather than later.
